Sales associate was great at first and made it feel like there was no games. Then I asked about accessories and was told we would speak about them at the dealership. When I brought it up at the dealership it was shrugged off as if I was just a paycheck, not a customer. No effort was put into helping me out with the accessories I asked for. I was told to go purchase after market ones instead of Chevy/GM. Not the experience I thought I was going to have. Prior experiences at other dealerships never told me to go buy after market, they always took care of me.

From start to finish, the transaction went great. Roger is a class act guy.

This was my first experience with service from this dealership. Although it was only for minor service, i. e. oil change, tire rotation, top off fluid, and install new update, the staff were courteous and enjoyable to talk with. The only disappointment I had was that this dealership was the very first that I have purchased a vehicle from that did not offer a complimentary free car wash a service appointment.

Friendly and informative

The air conditioner in our brand new 2026 GMC Terrain quit working. An appointment was scheduled on Wednesday 7/9 to have it checked. My wife sat in the dealership for almost 3 1/2 hours waiting and nobody offered to get her a car to take home or give her a ride home. The techs could not find a leak, even though they acknowledged that the freon was half gone. They put dye in and told us to drive it for a week and bring it back. The excuses they give make no sense. I talked to a manager who said it was normal to see vapor coming out of the vent if it was humid outside and the window was down; however I don’t remember seeing this in any other car I have driven over the years. The car also makes a constant whining/hissing sound, that I assume is related to the air conditioner not working; however the manager said this sound was normal for the operating systems. I don’t believe that either.

Gordon did a wonderful job for us. It was not a great day to go car shopping. He cleaned the cars for us to look at and sit in. He even moved my car out of the way for the snow plow. He went above and beyond. He answered all of my husbands questions. I would definitely recommend him. I love my SUV!

The mechanic couldn’t duplicate the problem (s) and couldn’t find the issues. The turn signal problem happened a couple of hours after I left the dealership . Did they check the trailer wiring harness connections? Would have liked to talk to the mechanic.

Staff was courteous and spent the time explaining everything. I would highly recommend Solomon if you are looking for a new vehicle.
